After a clarifying pre-session talk, your ritual begins. I guide you through a holistic, body-centred massage: calm, precise, respectful. The first part is about letting go – broad, slow strokes that bring you out of your head.
In the second part it becomes more intense; tempo and rhythm, warmth and energy increase. There is no goal. Only you – in contact with yourself. At the end there is rest and after-sensation and, if you like, a short debrief. So what has opened can take space.

With a touched to be voucher you don’t give a product but an experience: three hours of intensive touch, letting go, arriving in the body. The ritual starts with a short pre-session talk and guides the recipient through a mindful, holistic wellness-oriented tantra massage – calm, respectful, deeply relaxing.
On request I send the voucher as a high-quality card, neutrally packaged and with a personal dedication.

Training
Become a wellness tantra massage practitioner
Over several months we work in modules that build on each other and deepen each other. Each module combines practice, reflection and clear technique with presence work. At the beginning, you yourself receive a complete massage from my hands – it is a prerequisite for the training and can also be booked independently. At the end, you give me a massage and show what has grown in you. This prepares you professionally, physically and humanly for your role as a practitioner – clear, real and responsible.
After the training I offer support via online meetings, phone call or personal meeting.
