About me
Hello, I’m Michael Köllner. Different influences, experiences, trainings and callings come together in me — and converge in my work as a bodyworker through tantra massage.
On this page you’ll find information about me so you can get a sense of who you’re dealing with. Taking the first step towards a tantra massage often takes courage — perhaps it will feel easier if you know who is behind touched to be.
My path & profile
My life has rarely been a straight line. Illness, boundary experiences and long phases of self-inquiry have shaped me. I know pain, loss, shame — and also the moment when breathing becomes easier again. These experiences did not break me; they grounded me. Today they help me accompany men mindfully, with an open gaze and heart.
Over the years I have encountered many forms of bodywork and consciousness work. All of them have shown me the same core: the body does not lie — it is wise. It needs perception, attention, and touch that is genuinely meant.
I know how challenging it can be to develop one’s masculinity without getting lost in roles. Many men carry stories of trauma, restraint, pain, rejection or adaptation within them.
That is exactly where freedom begins: when you learn to become more truthful. For me, the path there leads through an observing, non-judging coming-into-contact with yourself and with others.
More about my personal story and trauma-sensitive bodywork can be found under special people.
Bodywork & attitude
Bodywork
Over time I came to understand that bodywork is not only technique, but an attitude. It requires presence, clarity, respect, craftsmanship. It holds the potential for change when it happens honestly. My own experience as a client in tantra massage was decisive: mindful touch can set something in motion that words alone cannot reach. Passing on this experience has become my task.
I was able to learn the craft from an outstanding teacher — Petra Hällfritzsch (open senses) — and from this I developed touched to be: a place for men who want to feel themselves again.
Attitude
I work exclusively for men and with men. Because I believe that men need spaces with one another in which they can be real without competition, masks or judgement — and outside their roles. Here, touch may simply be touch, be observed, and unfold its effect. No one can understand a man like a man.
Everything that happens in my practice remains confidential. I stand for discretion, mindfulness and an honest, dignified way of relating to each other. If you have questions or want to feel whether it fits — get in touch.
