Questions & Answers

What does the term “tantra” mean?

“Tantra” comes from Sanskrit and is translated, among other things, as fabric, connection, or continuity. In massage practice this means: the interplay of presence, acceptance, perception, the absence of performance goals, a clear division of roles, rules and agreements, and plenty of time. We work mindfully in the here and now.

What framework applies to a session at touched to be?

Every session takes place within a clear, professional framework. It creates safety, orientation and allows depth— without expectation pressure or role play. It defines how a session is understood and which boundaries apply.

The framework includes a personal pre-talk to arrive and clarify questions, mindful body-centred full-body touch, as well as sufficient time to perceive, experience and integrate. The work is carried by presence, slowness and respectful, clear communication – without targets or performance expectations.

Not part of the offer are sexual services “on demand”, medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, role play or performances, as well as spiritual healing promises or esoteric concepts. The session is designed as professional bodywork and remains free of hidden expectations.

The framework applies to both of us. You set your pace and your boundaries; I hold the space and ensure clear professional boundaries.

I have never been touched directly by a man, but I have wanted it for a long time.

In tantra massage you find clear roles and a clear process within a protected setting. This can reduce thresholds and build trust — calmly, respectfully, discreetly. You can follow this wish without sexual orientation.

What exactly is a wellness-oriented tantra massage?

A ritual full-body massage of about 2½ hours with warm oil: covered with a cloth at first, later unclothed. You receive, I give. The focus is on perception, relaxation and closeness without a goal. This is not a sexual service, but arriving in the body and accepting what it gives you.

What is the difference between tantra and tantra massage?

Tantra is an ancient spiritual tradition. Tantra massage is a modern form of massage with a clear structure and clearly divided, fixed roles. Tantra can include sexual intercourse; tantra massages do not.

How does the session setting work?

Plan about 3 hours including the pre-talk, ritual, integration time and showering. After the pre-talk and a small ritual greeting, you lie comfortably on a heated floor mattress. I massage you slowly at first, later more firmly and faster. The whole body is included. After the massage you can rest, shower and—if desired—share a few words with me.

Does the wellness tantra massage follow a specific sequence?

Yes, the sequence is defined and is adapted to you. We can vary or omit parts so that it fits your needs.

Do we talk beforehand?

Yes. We clarify questions, process, wishes, boundaries and any special considerations. We only begin when everything fits.

What is meant by “receiver” and “giver”?

You receive, I give. You can let go and you don’t have to do anything. I stay present, mindful and guide you clearly through the ritual.

Is the setting discreet?

Yes. Everything remains confidential.

I have limited mobility—can I still have a wellness tantra massage?

We work on a floor mattress. Lying down, turning over, standing up and walking to the shower require steady footing. With significant limitations I cannot offer a massage for safety reasons.

I have eczema—is that a problem?

Small patches are usually uncritical; I can avoid areas if needed. Oil can soothe or irritate depending on the person. For acute/large areas please clarify medically beforehand and inform me in advance.

I am overweight—does that still work?

Because we work on the floor, mobility and my own body use are limited. I offer massages up to about 95 kg body weight.

Are injuries or scars a problem?

We clarify this in the pre-talk. I touch sensitive areas carefully or leave them out. Acute/unhealed areas are not massaged. For acute issues please consult a doctor and mention it when requesting a massage.

I have had traumatic experiences. Would you still recommend tantra massage?

Mindful bodywork can be very supportive when the framework is safe. You determine pace and depth and can stop at any time. More about my approach: special people.

Do I have to talk about my experiences?

No. You share only what you want to share. In our pre-talk we clarify wishes, taboos and boundaries. I am aware of my responsibility, and everything you say remains confidential.

How do I deal with triggers during the massage?

We address this in the pre-talk and agree on clear stop signals. Pauses and conversation during the massage are always possible; I can adapt pace, touch quality and sequence. Grounding exercises and position changes can help. You can also end the session at any time.

What happens if I feel a boundary or want to stop?

You may express a stop at any time—by words or gestures. It applies immediately. I adjust the massage or we end it if that is, from your or my perspective, the best way. We can talk about it afterwards if you wish.

My prostate was removed. Can I still receive a tantra massage?

Yes. This is not about performance but about perception and relaxation without a goal.

Can a tantra massage heal injuries?

It can initiate a healing process. Since I do not work medically or psychotherapeutically, I cannot promise healing. The massage is wellness-oriented.

Should I shave before the tantra massage?

Not necessary. Come well-groomed—and if you feel more comfortable shaved, that is possible.

Should I shower before the bodywork?

Yes—right before the session (or on site). It is hygienic, respectful and helps you arrive.

Do I need to bring anything for the tantra massage?

A large bath towel, a small towel, shower sandals and your toiletries.

What should I avoid doing before the massage?

No heavy meals, no coffee or ginger shortly beforehand, no smoking. Please come without strong odours (coffee, garlic, smoke).

What is the optimal preparation for a tantra massage?

Arrive freshly showered, plan a time buffer, keep your schedule free afterwards, bring care items, avoid stimulating drinks, don’t smoke—and arrive without pressure or expectations.

Why does a tantra massage take more than 2 hours—isn’t that too long?

Time is quality. I plan about 2½ hours of massage plus preparation and aftercare. Only with calm and time can trust, depth and real letting-go emerge.

What if my body reacts spontaneously?

Natural reactions are possible. They are neither forced nor judged. We remain calm in the flow.

And what if I don’t feel any special reaction?

Completely fine. What matters is calm, perception and wellbeing—not visible effects.

What if I react very strongly physically?

It can happen, but it is neither the goal nor the focus. The framework remains respectful and non-sexual.

Is the massage over if I have an orgasm?

No. That can happen and is not judged. The massage continues; we proceed mindfully.

Will every part of my body be touched?

In principle, all areas can be included—based on your consent. I strictly respect no-go zones. Changes are possible at any time.

Is internal pelvic-floor work always included?

No. It is optional and only for muscular relaxation. The massage is complete without it.

Is there anything that is prohibited in our setting?

Yes: no sexual intercourse. The focus remains on you. If the framework cannot be maintained, I will end the session.

May I touch you during the tantra massage?

Generally no. The focus is on your experience. In certain situations, non-sexual touch (e.g., holding hands) may be possible. Any sexual intention is excluded.

How physically close do we get?

Close contact can occur. Closeness is functional, not sexual. Natural reflexes are neither provoked nor understood as an invitation.

Which massage oil is used?

Neutral organic coconut oil for strokes and a high-quality organic lotion for hands and feet. For safety and to avoid distraction: no essential oils. Any sensitivities are clarified in advance.

Can I use the toilet during the session?

Of course. We can easily return to the ritual afterwards.

Do we talk during the massage?

Mostly it is quiet. Short check-ins are enough. You can speak up at any time.

Do I have to do anything during the massage?

No. You are the receiver. You can accept, enjoy, observe.

What if I don’t like a touch?

Say it immediately—by word or gesture. Nothing has to be endured. Feedback makes the massage fit.

What if I like a touch very much?

Feel free to say so—I can deepen or repeat it. The red thread remains, but it is flexible.

I don’t want to be touched in certain areas.

I respect that. We adjust the sequence—at any time.

What kinds of reactions might I experience during the massage?

Possible are deep calm, emotions, tears, muscle waves or activation. Everything is welcome.

Can I shower afterwards?

Yes. The organic oils used are nourishing; clothes may become oily, though. Showering is possible immediately.

What should I do after a massage?

Let it settle, stay in calm, avoid your phone, drink plenty of water, eat lightly. Ideally, avoid scheduling anything right afterwards.

How do I pay you?

In cash at the beginning. That way you can stay in the experience afterwards.

Can I contact you after the session if something came up that I’d like to talk about?

Yes—please get in touch. However, I do not offer psychotherapy and will refer you to professionals if needed.

May my husband watch?

We can talk about that.

Can you guide us as a male couple to learn the wellness tantra massage?

Yes—we can clarify this in a conversation.

Can I learn tantra massage with you?

Yes. I offer a training for men from all over Germany. It takes place in Freiburg and is aimed at those travelling from all regions. More details here: training page.

I feel like I’m cheating on my partner if I book a massage.

There is no sexual intercourse. The work is not sexual. The aim is perception, relaxation, clarity and time just for yourself— this can also benefit relationships.

What other qualities do you bring to this work?

Many years of body and self-experience, dance training, teaching practice with a focus on bodywork, continuous further education, and additional studies in social work / social pedagogy.

Where did you learn the massage technique?

In seminars with an experienced tantra masseuse, using various techniques.

Do you also apply the “Big Draw”?

No. Due to possible risks (e.g., head pressure, aneurysms) I refrain from it. The massage is complete without the “Big Draw”.

The first massage was fantastic—I want to repeat it as soon as possible.

Gladly. I recommend at least 4 weeks of pause for integration—then start again with a clear mind and an open body sense.

How do I book an appointment?

The easiest way is online via the calendar. You are guided through the process and receive all information automatically.

How short-notice can I get an appointment?

Most slots are booked quickly. A lead time of 3–4 weeks is typical. I do not offer spontaneous appointments.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please cancel as early as possible. For cancellations within 24 hours I charge 50% of the fee.
