How it works (same for both countries)
With the booking confirmation, the deposit becomes due (Germany: €500 | Switzerland: CHF 600). This reserves your spot.
The remaining amount can be paid in 3, 6 or 9 equal monthly instalments without interest or additional fees.
The first instalment is due on the 1st of the next calendar month after the deposit; further instalments on the 1st of each following month.
You will receive your personal instalment schedule with all amounts and due dates by email.
In case of default, the instalment plan may be terminated and the outstanding amount becomes due immediately. Reasonable dunning fees may apply (typically €3–5 or CHF 5–7 per reminder).
When booking, let me know that you wish to use the instalment plan – you will receive everything else by email.
Specifics for clients in Germany
The instalment plan is a voluntary, interest-free service confirmed by email. Note: The plan is a time-limited payment agreement, not a consumer credit contract under secs. 491 et seq. BGB.
Specifics for clients in Switzerland
The instalment plan is also interest-free and straightforward. It does not fall under the Swiss Consumer Credit Act (KKG), as no interest is charged and no credit check is performed. Confirmation is sent by email.
Short legal notes
Number of instalments, due dates and interest-free terms are fully shown above.
You will receive your individual schedule in writing (email). Please keep this confirmation.
In case of payment default, the plan may end and the remaining amount becomes due immediately. Reasonable dunning fees may apply (typically €3–5 or CHF 5–7 per reminder).
Right of withdrawal (Germany, online booking): you may withdraw within 14 days after conclusion of the contract without stating reasons (secs. 312g, 355 BGB). The right lapses if you expressly request that I begin performing before this period ends and the service has been fully provided.
Right of withdrawal (Switzerland): there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Bookings are binding, but can be changed or postponed according to the stated cancellation terms. Data protection: no credit check is carried out. Personal data are used exclusively for processing.
